Butte College Library Remote Access Authentication

The library databases are restricted to Butte College registered students, faculty and staff.

Your User Name and Password:

Registered Students: User Name: your last name plus the first two letters of your first name.
For example:
User Name: jonesma for Mary Jones
Password: 1324 for 0001324

Password: the last four digits of your student number.

Faculty/Staff: User Name: your last name plus the first two letters of your first name.
For example:
User Name: smithjo for John Smith
Password: 6789 for 123-45-6789

Password: the last four digits of your social security number.

I understand that use of this username and password entitles me to access licensed materials provided to authorized users only. Sharing this username and password with any non-authorized user is a violation of the conditions of the license and may result in suspension of access rights.
